Last update: January 29, 2019 Class of 2019 seniors, can you believe it? We're officially "in" the year that you graduate! Although you may not have officially committed to a university yet, chances are that you're already thinking about whether or not you'd like to go through the sorority recruitment process once you're on campus.  submitted photo: @goodnesssakeitskate on Instagram | Texas Tech Pi Beta Phi Attending an informational meeting hosted by a local Alumnae Panhellenic organization is one of the best ways possible to begin exploring the sorority recruitment process. Often called a "Spring Forum" or "Recruitment Forum," these meetings are hosted exclusively for high school seniors and their parents in order to introduce you to the structure, lingo, and financial obligations associated with sorority recruitment and sorority membership. DIY Sorority Canvas Tutorial: How to Make a Greek Canvas for Your Little or Big!

Have you noticed? Sorority canvases are EVERYWHERE. (And by everywhere, technically we mean all over Instagram and Pinterest.) We love the trend of creating DIY sorority canvases as part of a Big/Little gift. They make the perfect addition to any gift basket and are such a fun, creative, personal way to show your Big or Little how much you care about her and how excited you are to have her in your Greek family.  With that in mind, we tasked SororityPackets.com team member Karley Kiker, who does the symbol illustrations for our Greek Ink line of temporary tattoos, with creating an easy-to-intermediate sorority canvas tutorial. Her canvas features a gradient background, block Greek letters, and a floral design accented by real gold leafing...we really think you'll love...

Chic Dorm Makeover at Texas State University

Remember when we shared Skylar Bantz's dramatic freshman dorm transformation last year? Just to jog your memory, her drab-to-fab dorm room was featured by Teen Vogue, Elite Daily, and (many) others. This year, Skylar and her mom Sheila are back with ANOTHER fabulous room makeover that's getting lots of press...again! Since we last interviewed this mother-daughter duo, Skylar went Greek and pledged Delta Zeta at Texas State University! As soon as we saw Skylar's sophomore dorm posted on Instagram, we knew we had to share a blog update. Skylar's new space, which she shares with roommate and sorority sister Katie Clark, features feminine details and subtle hints of pink and green as a nod to their shared Delta Zeta sisterhood. Floral wall decals, a plush lounge area, and gold decorative accents make their room feel...
